She's an old girl, that's for sure but she was a steal so I can't complain. My realtor got me a great deal! He helped me see her potential and managed to saved me enough to afford my DIY project. The floors creak, and there's a chilling breeze at night, but she's mine. All mine.

Nothing some new floorboards and insolation can't fix, right? I've been brushing up on some YouTube tutorials if it isn't obvious. I hope they work! Next destination, the hardware store.
